It’s rose time! ????You see them in all colors along Amsterdam facades.
I have several myself. I prefer to choose single flowers that can be reached by insects, so that you have hips that provide extra ornamental value after flowering. Such as Rosa rugosa, a fragrant rose that can withstand difficult conditions on the roof.
One problem: lice????How can you get rid of it responsibly? Ladybugs ????do their best, but they can’t handle the amount of lice. Spraying with water is another alternative. More suggestions are welcome!
